Delivery areas

We deliver to mainland France and to the European Union countries offered at checkout.

Shipping and delivery times

Orders ship from a warehouse located in the European Union. Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days from payment confirmation. This is an estimate and may be longer during busy periods (holiday season, sales). Unless another date is agreed, we deliver no later than 30 days after the order.

Shipping costs

Tracked shipping is free. The order total is always shown before payment.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also use the “Track my order” page on the site.

Damaged, lost or late parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, never arrives or is well past the stated delivery time, email us at rayanhajabouda81@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if damaged). We will resend the item or refund you. Transport risks are borne by us until the parcel is delivered.
