About us

Vitrelume is a small French business based in Paris: a sole-trader company founded by Rayan Haj Abouda.

Why just one product

We chose to sell a single product, the window-cleaning robot, so we can know it well and give you genuine advice before and after you buy.

How it works, openly

We don't manufacture the robot. It is designed by a partner manufacturer and shipped directly from its warehouse in Poland, inside the European Union. Our job: choosing the product, checking and translating the information, answering your questions, following up your order and handling returns and the guarantee.

Our commitments

• Accurate information: the specifications shown are those provided by the manufacturer, and we point out the product's limits.
• No fake reviews, no fake countdowns, no made-up "was" prices.
• A real person who replies within 2 business days.
• Your rights respected: 14 days to change your mind and a 2-year legal guarantee.
