Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason or paying any penalty. To do so, send us a clear statement before this period ends (for example an email to rayanhajabouda81@gmail.com) with your order number, or use the model form below.

Returning items

Send the item back no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing, complete and if possible in its packaging. We will email you the return address. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is defective or not what you ordered. You may handle the product to inspect it as you would in a shop; any loss in value caused by other handling may be deducted.

Refunds

We refund all amounts paid, including shipping, no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may hold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide proof of shipment. The refund uses the payment method used for the order.

Defective or non-conforming item

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, under the legal guarantees described in our terms of sale.
