Why a robot?

Windows: the chore everyone puts off

Tiring

Arms up, cloth, squeegee, bucket… A single patio door can take half an hour.

The robot does it while you do something else.

Risky up high

Leaning out of a window or climbing a ladder to clean the outside is where accidents happen.

You stay inside while a safety rope holds the robot.

Streaks

A cloth that's too dry or too wet leaves marks, especially in bright sunlight.

A fine mist and microfibre pads for an even clean.

How it works

Three steps and it's off

  1. 1

    Place it

Attach the safety rope, plug the robot in and set it on the glass: suction holds it in place.

  2. 2

    Press start

One button on the robot or the remote, and it starts its path, spraying water as it goes.

  3. 3

    Done

It senses the edges, covers the whole pane and stops when it's finished. Allow about 4 minutes per m² (manufacturer figure).

What it does

The essentials, no gimmicks

5600 Pa suction

Strong suction keeps it pressed against the glass, even vertically.

Built-in spray

Its water tank mists the glass as it cleans.

Safety rope

Anchored indoors, it holds the robot (rated load: 50 kg).

Backup battery

If the power cuts out, it keeps the robot on the glass for about 20 minutes.

Remote control

Start, stop or steer the robot to a specific spot.

Edge detection

It senses the window edges and adjusts its path.

Runs on mains power (cable and 4 m extension included). Figures provided by the manufacturer.

FAQ

Your questions, straight answers

What if the robot falls?

Two safety features hold it: the rope, tied to a fixed point inside the room, and its backup battery, which keeps it on the glass for about 20 minutes if the power cuts out.

Always use the rope, even on the ground floor.

Does it need charging?

No: it runs on mains power (cable and 4 m extension included). Its small internal battery is only there as a fall safeguard.

Can I use it on the outside of my windows?

Yes, on the outer side, in dry weather, with the safety rope tied indoors. Never use it in the rain or on frozen glass.

Which surfaces does it work on?

Smooth, flat surfaces: windows, patio doors, mirrors and smooth tiles.

Avoid frameless glass (it may not detect the edge), frosted, cracked or textured glass, and rough surfaces.

How long does delivery take?

The robot ships from a partner warehouse in Poland, inside the European Union. Allow 5–10 business days depending on your country; you'll receive a tracking number by email.

It never leaves the EU, so there are no customs fees.

How do I return the robot?

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. Email us and we'll send you the return address. We refund you within 14 days of your request, once we receive the parcel or proof that you've sent it.

Return shipping is at your expense unless the product is faulty or not as described.

What's in the box?

The robot, the power adapter and cable (EU plug), a 4 m extension cable, the remote control, the safety rope with carabiner, 10 microfibre pads, 2 mounting rings, a spray bottle and the user manual.

Is the manual in English?

Yes, the printed manual is in English. You'll also find a step-by-step guide on our Help page.
